Membership can be frozen (extended) for members who are taking a long break.


Terms & Conditions


1. Free Freeze is applicable ONLY for members who have taken 6 Months/12 Months membership for a break of 30 days or more up to 90 days.


2. For 6 months membership, you can freeze one time in your membership period. For 12 months membership, you can freeze up to two times in your membership period.

 

3. Freeze has to be communicated using support portal (https://4sfitness.freshdesk.com) or by sending an email to support@4s-fitness.com.

 

4. You need to mention your Start & End date for the freeze along with membership ID,  prior to commencing the break. Without communication of the same, the freeze cannot be assumed and it will not be entertained at a later stage.


5. Any freeze request (medical or non-medical) will not be entertained after the membership has expired.

 

6. Entire freeze period will be deactivated if member resumes usage of the facility before 30 days for which membership has been on freeze.


7. Any freeze request not coming under free freeze can opt for paid freeze (read more here).
